Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. During launches and busy seasons, processing may take a little longer, and we'll always keep you posted. 

Delivery Time
Once your order ships, we use UPS or USPS based on your location and the fastest available service. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays & Shipping Issues
While we work hard to get every order to you on time, delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. If your tracking hasn't updated in 4 business days, reach out and we'll help you track it down.
